Generally speaking, if you choose the "Assembly" option when you purchase the goods, the company will first assemble the goods before delivery, and will not be assembled at the door. When the assembled goods are delivered, there may be a small amount of flower marks on the office chair. These flower marks cannot be used as the reason for the return of the goods. Please pay attention.
The self-assembled product is the main reason why we can sell it at a cheap price. Therefore, we will not accept the refund request for "not assembled at the time of delivery". Please forgive me.
